Through our thorough needs assessment we can dig deep and outline the characteristics of your ideal candidate including your expectations, corporate structure and policies, and cultural fit.

We assign you to a dedicated recruiting specialist who will become your single point of contact, dedicating their staffing placement skills to seek the right candidate(s) you need.


Using our in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, we create a list of potential candidates. Depending on your needs, we can search for local, regional and national candidates, based on your ability to relocate candidates.

Direct Recruiting Methodology – In addition to reviewing active mortgage job seekers, we use our industry connections to find individuals who are not active in the job market, including candidates who are currently employed and successful but looking for a new challenge.

Candidate Screening and Qualification – Once "ideal" candidates are identified, Mortgage Dog® interviews each candidate to ensure they meet the parameters of the Search Profile. We also require each candidate to fill out an online candidate application. From here, we present the candidate's resume & application to you, so you can decide if you'd like to proceed forward with an interview with the candidate.

Interview Process – Through frequent communication, we keep you up-to-date on the status of your search and provide a candidate summary for each of the final prospects. You inform us of final candidates who should move forward for subsequent interviews.

Negotiation and Acceptance – Following the interview and feedback process, we can extend your Offer Letter to the candidate on your behalf and can assist with all details of the offer, including "closing the deal", next steps, etc..

Transition the Communication – As the final step in our ongoing service commitment to our clients, we can coordinate the logistics and help make sure the candidate is fully aware to direct all future communication directly to you.
